For the inauguration of the winter season ERF#StignaniMusica 2018/19, comes Kirill Troussov, one of the most important contemporary violinists, who will perform – Tuesday 16 October at 9 pm – with the Anima Musicae Chamber Orchestra Budapest in “Le 8 Stagioni“, a concert in which the Four Seasons by Vivaldi and the Four Seasons of Buenos Aires by Astor Piazzolla will be entirely performed.
Kirill Troussov, born in St. Petersburg, has an unrecognizable technique and a sound so clean that it seems immaculate. Passion and precision make him a fine and spectacular interpreter, able to handle every aspect of the musical tradition with versatility. Guided and supported by Master Yehudi Menuhin from an early age, he started playing at the age of 4, Troussov is today one of the most important violinists of the international scenery.
“Le 8 Stagioni” will be a concert focused on virtuosic and interpretive ability. Vivaldi’s Four Seasons is universally recognized as one of the most celebrated group concert in the history of music. Such a trail, moved by the Venice of the ‘700, has come to mix with the sounds and rhythms of Argentina, Tango and Jazz, incarnating in the brilliant figure of Astor Piazzolla and in his most famous compositions such as Cuatro Estaciones Porteñas. In Spanish, the adjective porteño refers to the inhabitant of Buenos Aires.
To perform this original repertoire together with Kirill Troussov, there will be the Anima Musicae Chamber Orchestra Budapest a young but already renowned chamber orchestra, founded in 2010 by the students of the Franz Liszt Academy of Music in Budapest. Its debut took place in 2010 and was an immediate success. The Anima Musicae Chamber Orchestra has in fact performed in the most important concert venues and has been regularly invited to major Hungarian and European festivals, having the opportunity to collaborate with great performers.
