On 29th November at 9 pm, at the Masini Theatre in Faenza, the brilliant pianist Ivo Pogorelich will perform with a program focused on Johann Sebastian Bach, Ludwig van Beethoven, Fryderyk Chopin and Maurice Ravel, of which he will perform Gaspard de la nuit, one of his most famous and precious interpretations.

Recognized for his ability to make the piano sound like a whole orchestra, Pogorelich has been compared to Horowitz by the New York Times. Thanks to the collaboration with Deutsche Grammophon he has recorded the pieces of the greatest composers of all time, including Bach, Beethoven, Brahms, Chopin, Haydn, Liszt, Prokof’ev, Ravel, Scarlatti, Schumann, Skrjabin and Čaikovskij; these interpretations have allowed him to gain the fame of one of the best musicians of all time and to perform in the best concert halls in the world.
