The Little Prince is a poetic tale. Though ostensibly styled as a children’s book, The Little Prince makes several observations about life and human nature.
Catherine Spaak reads the novella as a fairy tale of the evening, a concert to be followed between dream and reality, seeking, with half-opened eyes, to hear: “Here is my secret. It is very simple: one sees well only with the heart. The essential is invisible to the eyes. The essential things in life are seen not with the eyes, but with the heart.”
